Grand apartment is located on the 1st floor. It is divided into 2 large kitchen and 4 bedrooms. Each room has its own balcony or terrace. Every 2 rooms share a bathroom. In the hallway is a large bathroom for both apartments. Below the house is a pleasant terrace seating area with barbecue. The quality of accommodation offered is standard, but with the large distribution bedrooms and distance from the sea and beaches like this house is highly recommended !!

Katica House is located 30-50 meters from the sea and the beach. It is very convenient and useful for a group of friends or two large families.
Detached house is surrounded by gardens, so parking is located on the central parking about 200m from the house. The owners are very welcoming people.
